Mounting films are designed to adhere to printed media for use as pressure-sensitive graphics. They are widely used in double-sided printing applications where the image is to be seen on both sides. Materials that can be used include rigid plastics, paper boards and synthetic papers. Single-sided prints like photos can also be mounted using clear or white blockout material and standard cold laminating techniques to produce pressure-sensitive graphics.
