Onboarding with Blue Rhine

The UAE is moving to electronic invoicing in phases. Blue Rhine needs a few details from you to keep your invoices compliant.

  • One online form. Save a draft and come back any time with your access code.
  • Your information is confidential and used only for onboarding, e-invoicing and compliance.

How it works

  1. Gather your documents

    Required

    • Trade License
    • TIN confirmation
    • Bank letter (with SWIFT code)
    • VAT TRN

    Optional

    • VAT certificate
    • Corporate Tax certificate
    • Proof of address

    PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB each.

  2. Fill in the form

    Share your business, tax, address, Peppol ID, contact and bank details. Use Save to keep your progress as a draft.

  3. Submit to Blue Rhine

    Submit once all mandatory fields are filled. You can still update your details and submit again later.

Takes about 10 minutes. Please complete it by 1 January 2027.

PSB® material was available without MDF pressing. The material has now been upgraded with 2.5 mm MDF pressing on both the top and bottom surfaces.

The main advantage of this upgraded product is that it can be used as an alternative to conventional MDF for suitable applications. The 2.5 mm MDF surface provides a smooth finish like MDF, while the inner PSB® board core provides greater strength and durability.

The smooth surface makes the material suitable for vinyl pasting and painting applications.
