Product Description:

WOOD STAIN is a blend of concentrated dyestuff and universal stainer dispersed in suitable binders and solvents to emphasize their coloristic effect. Wood stains are ready-to-use materials and come in many different colors to choose from, they are fully transparent and display the details of wood.

Usages:

WOOD STAINS are used almost exclusively for all types of wood, plywood & especially for veneers. .

• Flash Point - 20 D C
• Coverage/coat - 10 – 12 m2 depending on the color strength required
• Storage life - Unlimited in cool room
• Application - By brush, roller, spray, dipping, manual.

Dilution:

Wood stains are incompatible with some solvents therefore use our recommend

Method of Application:

Prepare well the wood to be stained, apply wood stains by spraying, dipping, brushing and by scrubbing with cotton waste. Let it dry for 1 – 2 hrs. And proceed to the next stage.

Drying Time

Veneer and solid wood dries in half an hour depending on the temperature condition.

Storage:

Keep the material in a cool place below 25 Deg.C. Keep the container tightly closed.

Precautions:

WOOD STAIN does not contain dangerous solvents, nevertheless, good ventilation in the working rooms is recommended as well as the use of safety tools and equipment. WOOD STAIN is flammable and harmful if swallowed. If contact with eyes or skin occurs, wash well with fresh water and seek immediate medical advice.
