ELEMENTS NS639 is a single-component, neutral cure silicone sealant which is particularly suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. This is a high bonding, low modulus sealant and offers durable adhesion to most porous and non-porous substrates including glass, metals, coated and painted metals, plastic wood, concrete etc.

AREAS OF APPLICATION:

Joint Preparation: The joint surfaces must be clean, dry and free from all contamination. The surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate solvent. Primers maybe required on some substrates. It is recommended that Royal Industries Technical Services Department should be consulted and advice obtained with regard to the choice of primer for specific purposes.

Joint Backing: Where applicable, appropriate joint filler e.g. closed cell polyethylene foam, should be used to provide the correct joint depth. All joint preparation, priming, and sealant application should be carried out in accordance with BS 8000 Part 16, the British Standard for the sealing of joints in buildings using sealants

HEALTH & SAFETY:

ELEMENTS NS639 Adequate ventilation should be provided with the extensive use of this sealant.

On direct contact, uncured sealant may irritate eyes. Flush well with water and call a physician. Avoid prolonged contact with skin. See Safety Data Sheet (SDS) available on this product

This product is intended for use only by professional applicators in accordance with the advice given in this document, the SDS and the container(s), and should not be used without reference to the SDS that PME has provided to its customers. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
