Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed by the laws of the Country – the United Arab Emirates.

Information Given to Us: We receive data such as your Name, Company name, Mobile number, Telephone number, Email and password provided during your registration. You may choose not to provide certain information; in that case, you will not be able to access the entire online store’s advantage. Data that are stored on our website is to help you with a pleasant shopping experience through our online store including shipping and delivery. The information that we collect through our website will help us to identify you and to contact you as and when required.

Email Communication: When you register with us on www.bluerhine.store we receive information about your registration and your account is subjected to activation. Account activation usually takes about 10 – 15 mins, as we will have to verify and activate in our system.

Information From Other Sources: As online registration is open for everyone, anyone from your company can register with us and purchase online under your company name, where www.bluerhine.store is not liable for such activities. Also providing, your login access to your employees is solely your responsibility, Blue Rhine EStore will not provide your account information without a request sent from a registered Email ID.

Information You Can Access: Our customers will be able to access up-to-date information, including weekly deals and new product announcements on our online store. Also, the recent purchase history, and personal/company information including your name, address, and email. For all as per terms customers, credit limit information is displayed while you make the purchase. For Credit/Debit Card Customers, the card details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

All orders placed for goods and services from us (whether face-to-face, by telephone, email, or via our website or by such other means as we may permit) are based on these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by us.

1. Price Information

Our online store follows a dynamic pricing structure, hence the pricing for products may vary from time to time. The customer must visit the website to know the latest pricing of all the products. The prices displayed online are only applicable to purchases made via www.bluerhine.store website. Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or any other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online. All prices displayed online are correct and the customer can purchase for the same price and no hidden charges are applicable. All online prices are inclusive of VAT and it will be added to the final total due. We reserve the right to correct the price where an error has occurred, howsoever caused, resulting in an incorrect price being given by us or displayed online. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on our site. If for whatever reason, we are unable to fulfill your order we will offer the nearest possible alternative or issue a full refund, if payment has already been processed.

2. Product Purchase

To order through our online store, please follow the below steps:

  • Please select the “Register” option at the top right-hand side corner of our website. Registered customers please “sign in” to your account.
  • You will be directed to Create an Account page, where you will have to enter all mandatory information to register with us. Registered customers will be redirected to the home page.
  • Account Activation. Please wait until you receive further information from us.
  • Choose the product that you wish to order through our website. Enter the right “quantity” in the text box available next to Add to cart option and add the same to your cart. If any product is out of stock, please feel free to send us an enquiry, using the a “Enquiry” option or use the “Chat” option available at the bottom corner of the page and we will get back to you on the details of when the product will be next available or with an alternate option immediately.
  • In case, if you are unable to find any product from our catalog, or should you have a question, please feel free to chat with us, we will respond to you instantly.
  • After making a product selection, please use the “Go To Cart” link, where you will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding to checkout.
  • You will be prompted with details of the shipping address, please enter the address where the delivery is required. You also have the option of saving multiple addresses. Click on “Continue”.
  • Once you choose “Place Order” the page will take you through a third-party payment authorization interface to process your chosen payment method.
  • Once we receive the payment, the order will be generated and a page with your order details and order ID will be displayed.

The minimum order value to place an order through our online store is AED 300.00. If the order is lesser than that, then a delivery charge of AED 50.00 is applicable.

All orders placed on www.bluerhine.store are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4. Our website operates on an 'Invitation to Treat’ basis and not as an 'Offer for Sale' as a result, BLUE RHINE ESTORE DWC LLC reserves the right to decline orders for bulk, high value or otherwise suspicious purchases. Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. All orders placed and confirmed online shall be treated as the signed legal Purchase Order.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraud www.bluerhine.store may validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the registration, against our registered records. We may need to contact you by telephone or email to further verify details before we are able to confirm your registration, or we may be unable to accept your order. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery whilst such checks are carried out.

3. Product Description

  • The description provided to the Goods in any quotation or contract is given by way of identification only. The descriptions and illustrations contained in the Company’s catalogues, price lists and advertising material are intended merely to present a general idea of the Goods.
  • Dimensions quoted are nominal sizes only and subject to industry-standard tolerances.

3.1 - Third Party Products

Blue Rhine Estore allows third-party sellers to list and sell their products at www.bluerhine.store. In each such case, this is indicated on the respective product detail page, while Blue Rhine Estore helps facilitate transactions that are carried out on the Blue Rhine Estore marketplace.

Products that are listed in Blue Rhine Estore in 3P Products Category are from Manufacturers/Distributors. As part of Blue Rhine Estore services, we offer a wide range of products through the Third-party seller category and we will recommend products that may interest you through our digital marketing platform. Customers are requested to read every detail such as Ingredients (if any), application and warning before making a purchase.

3.2 - Tolerances and Color

  • Industry Standard Tolerances:

    All, our materials are sold as raw materials. Manufacturing tolerances are expected, and in situations where this information is required before your purchase, it is assumed to be the buyer’s responsibility. If you require specific tolerances - please contact the sales office to discuss your requirements.

  • Color Reproduction

    Reproduction of color online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow. Also, the products which are manufactured in each batch carry a slight color variation, due to the chemical composition of the products.

4. Availability

All goods are subject to availability. We endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders and purchases based on historical forecasting, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided to us to ask you how you wish to proceed. Were goods being out of stock and you choose not to proceed with all or part of your order due to a change of lead time, we will refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible.

5. Payment

5.1 – Payment (Credit/Debit Cards)

We accept payment using most major credit cards and debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. Products will only be released once payment has been received by us in full.

All credit and debit card payment charges are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

5.2 - Payment (Pre-Authorized Account Customers)

  • Unless otherwise stated, payment is strictly net cash/cheque to be paid as per the agreed terms from the date of invoice. Failure to make, due payment in respect of deliveries and installments under this or any other contract between the Buyer and BLUE RHINE ESTORE DWC LLC shall be entitled to delay, suspend or cancel deliveries in whole or part at its option without notice or liability.
  • The company reserves the right to refuse, limit or withdraw credit facilities without notice, explanation or liability.

5.3 - Payment for Third-Party Products

Payments for third-party products should be paid through credit/debit card while purchasing online or through COD. A credit facility is not applicable.

6. Liability

All information supplied by or on behalf of www.bluerhine.store in relation to the products displayed on this site, on the nature of data, recommendations or otherwise, is supported by manufacturers’ research and believed reliable. Our online store does not hold any liability, whatsoever in respect to application, processing and use made or for any infringement of the rights owned or controlled by a third party in intellectual, industrial based on the product information or any consequences thereof.

The buyer is liable for any product purchased, for better clarity he/she should verify the quality, usage and processing methods of an item based on the information provided in the datasheet by the manufacturer before placing an order.

7. Delivery

7.1 - Delivery of Goods

Within the UAE

We can provide free and quick delivery to addresses closer to our distribution warehouses; however, for deliveries to locations beyond 15km, there may be a slightly longer delivery lead time. We will advise any such delays to your order once it has been received by us for processing. In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase and will be asked to confirm that you wish to proceed.

Your order will be delivered either by our own vehicles or by a delivery partner. A signature is required for all deliveries. If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasion, be sent in multiple dispatches, depending on your special priority or based on the stock availability at our warehouses.

A delivery charge of AED 50.00 shall be applied to all those orders with an overall value less than AED 300.00 (exclusive of VAT).

Outside the UAE – International Shipping.

The prices displayed are based on Ex Works terms.

Once your order is received, we will get in touch with you by email for the freight arrangements and provide the lowest freight option by air or sea to your destination.

Dispatch of the shipment would be done once payment is received for the goods and the freight. Only credit card and TT payment in advance are available payment methods for international customers.

Stock is subject to sale, and payment confirmation is required to secure your order.

7.2 - Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated in working days or working weeks. Our warehouse and customer service hours are Saturday to Thursday 9 am – 6 pm UAE time zone.

From the receipt of your order, we shall endeavor to deliver your chosen items to you within 3-4 hours providing the Goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page or specified on our written quotation.

Deliveries to locations more than 15km from our distribution warehouses will take longer.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place once a signature has been received, accepting the delivery.


We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section. However, occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. Where possible, we will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Please note that in all cases any delivery times quoted are estimates only and www.bluerhine.store and/or BRGT shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly as a result of failed or late delivery howsoever caused.

8. Returns, Cancellation & Refund

We do not accept returns unless the goods are identified as damaged on receipt of delivery.

All customers can cancel their orders any time up to 15 calendar days from the day on which they receive the goods, by approving the return through a “purchase return” document. We will process your refund within 7-10 days of receipt of the returned Goods.

Any products that have been mentioned under clearance price discontinued or made obsolete will not be considered for return.

To notify us that you wish to cancel/return, please email us at www.bluerhine.store with the details of your invoice. Refunds of any transaction amount against any purchase through this website will be refunded through the original mode of payment or the customer may keep the cash on the account for their next purchase.

8.1 Warranty Claim, Returns and Refund for Third-Party Products

We focus on sourcing high-grade quality products. If in case there arises any situation of damaged goods/items/products, the warranty or guarantee claims should be carried out through Blue Rhine Estore. The material will be thoroughly checked by us before accepting the product. The claims are accepted only when it is found to be a manufacturing defect.

Note: You must take reasonable care of the Goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us before we can issue your refund. Any damage noticed during this process; the refund/order cancellation will not be initiated.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will, at our discretion, supply a replacement product or provide you with a refund.

Please return the goods to us by one of the following methods:

  • By Hired Delivery Service: You are advised to intimate us by email or telephone. When returning items this way, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, therefore, we strongly recommend that you use a recorded and appropriately insured delivery service. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage.
  • Goods Collection by Us: We can arrange collection from you free of charge only from the place where delivery was originally made. In all cases, our delivery note, or other proof of purchase must accompany the returned product. Upon receipt of the product, we will examine it, or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product as per the stock availability or refund your money within 7-10 days.

10. Unlawful or Prohibited Use

You shall not use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or by any means prohibited under these terms and conditions. You shall not use this site in any manner, which may harm www.bluerhine.store or other parties or adversely affect the site functionality or its use by others. You shall not attempt or obtain from or through this site any information that is not already and intentionally made available from or through it.

11. Force Majeure

The Company shall be excused from liability to the Buyer, if performance of the contract is prevented or hindered by any cause whatsoever beyond the Company’s control and in particular without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Act of God, War, Government Controls, restrictions or prohibitions or any other act of omission whether local or national, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, strike or lock-out and shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any circumstances.
